Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website (www.parawayhealth.org) and the services, events, memberships and products offered by Paraway Integrative Health ("Paraway," "we," "us"). By using the website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are and what we offer

Paraway provides health and nutrition consulting, wellness education and coaching, group sessions and wellness products, online and in person at 1050 Spring Street Suite 3, Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Our services are not medical care. Please read our Medical Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or buy from us. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must contact us first.

3. No provider-patient relationship

Using this website, submitting a form, attending a session or being a member does not create a doctor-patient, nurse-patient or any other provider-patient relationship.

4. Requests and forms

Submitting a request form is not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to schedule. Please do not include medical details in web forms or emails. If we need health-related information for a service, we will tell you how it will be collected and protected before you share it.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are listed on the website or given to you before you buy, and may change. Payments are handled by our payment processors, and we do not store your full card number. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the amount due.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

This policy applies to individual and group sessions.

48 hours' notice or more: you may cancel or reschedule at no charge, and we will refund your payment in full or move you to a new time.

Less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours' notice: we will do our best to reschedule you as a courtesy, at our discretion. A refund is not guaranteed.

Less than 24 hours' notice, or a missed appointment (no-show): no refund and no credit.

If we cancel a session, we will offer you a new time or a full refund.

Products: Because supplements and other products are consumable, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.

7. Memberships

Paraway memberships (Trailhead, Wayfinder and Pathfinder) are available as prepaid 1-year or 3-year terms or as a monthly membership. The price, term and benefits are shown when you sign up. Presale and signup open December 1, 2026, and memberships start January 1, 2027. 1-year and 3-year terms do not renew automatically; we send reminders about 90, 60 and 30 days before your term ends so you can renew if you choose. Monthly memberships renew each month until you cancel; you may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Founding Member pricing applies to the first 1-year or 3-year term only and does not apply to monthly memberships. You may stop using your membership at any time, and your access continues through the term or billing month you have paid for. We do not refund partial or unused membership periods. Live or group sessions included in a membership follow the cancellation rules in Section 6. If we are unable to provide your membership, we will refund the unused portion of your term. A membership is for one named person; sharing logins or member content may end access without refund. We may change membership benefits or pricing with 30 days' notice, and if a change removes a core benefit during your paid term you may request a prorated refund of the unused term. Membership is educational wellness support, not medical care.

8. Products

Product descriptions are general. Dietary supplements are not evaluated by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Check ingredients and talk with your healthcare provider before use. Sales tax is added where required.

You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share a member's content with non-members, or create derivative works without our written permission. "Paraway" and our logos are our trademarks.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to access it without authorization, submit false information, send spam or malicious code, or use our content to harm others. We may suspend access for violations.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees. See our Medical Disclaimer.

12. Communications

If you give us your email address and opt in, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We will not send marketing text messages without your separate opt-in.

13. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Paraway and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the website, services or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Assumption of risk

You are responsible for your own health decisions. Participation in group sessions and other activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

16. Indemnification

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Paraway harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the website or services.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Berks County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after changes are posted, you accept them.

19. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and the pages they reference are our entire agreement with you.
