This policy explains what information Paraway Integrative Health ("Paraway," "we," "us") collects through www.parawayhealth.org and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, the service or session you are interested in, your preferred contact method and time, and your newsletter consent.

Purchase information: what you bought and when. Payments are handled by our payment processors, and we do not receive or store your full card number.

Website information: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies, collected through our website platform and analytics tools.

Communication records: emails and messages you send us, and records of your consent and unsubscribes.

2. Please do not send health information through the website

Our web forms are for scheduling and general questions only. Please do not submit symptoms, medical history, medications or test results through forms or email. If health-related information is needed for a service, we will tell you how it will be collected and protected before you share it.

3. How we use information

To respond to your requests and schedule services; to process payments and fulfill orders; to send newsletters and updates you chose to receive; to manage memberships; to improve our website and services; to keep records required by law; and to protect against fraud and misuse.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under their own terms, such as our website and scheduling platform (Squarespace), email and newsletter tools, Google Workspace (Drive and Sheets), automation tools (Make), our payment processors, and supplement dispensary or fulfillment partners (for example Fullscript) when you order through them. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic operation, analytics and to remember preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Email choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. We may still send messages about your bookings or purchases. Every marketing email includes our physical address.

7. Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you as required by Pennsylvania and federal law.

8. Your choices and requests

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date above.
